Public Notice A Foreign-Trade Zone ("FTZ") Subzone Expansion Application for Wabtec Transportation Systems, LLC has been filed with the U.S. Foreign-Trade Zones Board by Erie-Western Pennsylvania Port Authority, Grantee of FTZ #247. The application requests subzone expansion for Wabtec Transportation Systems, LLC (FTZ #247A) to include eight sites in Erie and Grove City, PA. The application was submitted pursuant to the FTZ Act, as amended (19 U.S.C. 81a-81u), and FTZ Board Regulations (15 CFR Part 400). Public comment on the application is invited from interested parties. Submissions shall be addressed to the FTZ Board's Executive Secretary, Elizabeth Whiteman, and sent to: ftz@trade.gov. A copy of the application will be available for public inspection in the "Reading Room" section of the FTZ Board's website, which is accessible via www.trade.gov/ftz.
