To: BRANDI MICHELE FRYE AND LARRY TERMAIN INGRAM, the above-named Respondents, the mother and putative biological father of Elle Michele Ingram. Take notice that a pleading seeking relief against you has been filed in the above entitled action; the nature being sought is for termination of your parental rights in the above-named child. You are required to make a defense to such pleading not later than 40 days from the first publication date of this notice being March 19, 2026, and upon your failure to do so, the Petitioners seeking service against you will apply to the Court for the relief sought.
