Public Notice PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing will be held by the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of Mount Pleasant at One Town Hall Plaza, Valhalla, New York., on April 9, 2026, at 7:00 pm upon the appeal and application of Pleasant Spa (Applicant) for Thornwood, LDT., LLC. (Owner) of premises located at 53 Kensico Road, Thornwood, NY., which appeal is from a decision of the Building Inspector of the Town of Mount Pleasant. The parcel is designated on the Tax Assessment Maps of the Town of Mount Pleasant as 106.15-1-39. The application is for a Special Use permit for a Massage Establishment in accordance with Town Code §218- 63.1 Massage Establishments; "no massage establishment may open, operate of exist in the Town without first obtaining a Special Use permit with the Zoning Board of Appeals…". Premises located at 53 Kensico Road, Thornwood, NY 10594, in the C-NR Zoning District. At this hearing, all interested persons whether in favor or opposition will have the opportunity to be heard.
