Public Notice Notice is hereby given to the Estate of Clint Jones, et al, the absent defendant in the proceeding entitled "Cody Investments, LLC versus Estate of Clint Jones, et al; Docket No. 661,109- C of the docket of the First Judicial District Court for the Parish of Caddo, in Shreveport, Louisiana, that the plaintiff in this proceeding, has instituted a Petition to Quiet Tax Title regarding your immovable property described as follows: "TWO ACRES OF LAND LOCATED IN THE W 1½ OF NE 1/4 OF SECTION 16, R. 18 N., R. 15 W. CADDO PARISH, LOUISIANA, AND BEING ON THE EAST SIDE OF THE CROSS LAKE ROAD WHICH RUNS FROM NORTH TO SOUTH IN SAID NE 1/4 OF SECTION 16; AND BEING MORE FULLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: BEGINNING AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF THE JAMES BATTLE TRACT IN SAID SECTION 16 (PER DEED FROM O.D. CRAVATH TO JAMES BATTLE DATED NOVEMBER 6TH 1937) ON THE EAST SIDE OF THE CROSS LAKE ROAD AND GO THIRTEEN AND THREE-FOURTHS (13-3/4) CHAINS SOUTH OF SAID ROAD AS A POINT OF BEGINNING, THEN RUNNING TWO AND ONE-HALF CHAINS SOUTH; THENCE RUNNING EIGHT CHAINS EAST; THENCE RUNNING TWO AND ONE HALF CHAINS NORTH; THENCE RUNNING EIGHT CHAINS WEST TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
