Public Notice Take Notice that an application for a CAFRA Individual Permit has been submitted to the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Land Resource Protection for the development described below: APPLICANT: PSM Real Estate LLC PROJECT NAME: Sounds Edge PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Relocation of the public access area at Lot 1.29, Block 11.28 at the end of W. Alabama Avenue to a more central location within the Sounds Edge development, within Lot 1.31 (and 1.32, riparian lot) in Block 11.28. The relocated public access to the waterfront will be improved and enhanced by the addition of a public kayak launch, 1,000 square feet of new/expanded public access area, and proposed paver walkway within the existing public access easement to and along the waterfront, around the public gazebo, and adjacent to the kayak launch. Additionally, the benches currently at Lot 1.29 will be relocated to the more central waterfront location within Lot 1.31. PROJECT STREET ADDRESS: W.
