Public Notice Biomedical Research Foundation hereby notifies the public that it has submitted to the Louisiana Department of Environmental Quality ("LDEQ") a Voluntary Remediation Action Plan (VRAP) with respect to the property located at 2420 Bell St, Shreveport, in Caddo Parish. Pursuant to La. R. S. 30:2285 et seq., within the next thirty (30) days, any interested party may submit written comments regarding the VRAP or associated documents to the LDEQ, Office of Environmental Assessment, Remediation Division, c/o Mr. Gary A. Fulton Jr., P.G., Administrator, Post Office Box 4314, Baton Rouge, LA 70821-4314. Please use Agency Interest number (AI#148001) on any comments. Copies of the VRAP can be viewed at the United States Postal Office, 2400 Texas Ave, Shreveport, LA 71102; the LDEQ Northwest Regional Office, 1525 Fairfield, Room 520, Shreveport, LA 71101; and on LDEQ's online EDMS (edms.deq.louisiana.gov) database AI# 148001.
