Public Notice This is to advise that household and personal property belonging to the following: Armin and Savannah Mujkanovic, 2485 Mill Road Greenleaf WI 54126 / 3303 North Rankin St. Appleton, WI 54911 and located at RT STOW-IT STORAGE, Unit #11, 213 N. Adams St., Valders WI 54245 Will be sold to the highest bidder on Saturday, May 2nd, 2026 @ 8:00 AM in order to satisfy the owners lien for rent in accordance with Wis. Code 704.90. All contents sold "as is" and shall be paid for in full, in cash, immediately following. You are bidding on the entire contents of storage locker #11. A minimum bid, amount TBD, will be set the day of sale. There will be a $100.00 deposit required from the winning bidder to be paid in cash over the bid amount. If the unit is emptied and broom cleaned within 48 hours of sale and no damage to unit is incurred, the deposit will be refunded. Seller neither warrants title to any items sold and does not make any express or implied warranties to any item sold. Seller reserves the right to refuse any and all bids for any reason. In the case of no bidders, the property will be sold individually via internet, donated to charity, or disposed of accordingly. Any proceeds from the sale of this unit's contents will be applied to unpaid rental liens and any additional charges incurred. Any excess proceeds, if any, will be paid to Armin and Savannah Mujkanovic. If Armin and Savannah Mujkanovic cannot be located, proceeds will be sent to State Of Wisconsin Department Of Revenue.
