Public Notice NOTICE OF IN-PERSON MEETING PLANNING BOARD BOROUGH OF EATONTOWN PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Borough of Eatontown Planning Board (the "Board") will hold an in-person Meeting on Monday, May 18, 2026 convening at 7:00 pm at the Eatontown Municipal Building at 2 Floor Borough Hall, 47 Broad Street, Eatontown, New Jersey 07724, to hear the application of IAAT Services, LLC for preliminary and final site plan approval pursuant to §89-51.C(11) of the Code of the Borough of Eatontown for construction of a Multi-Message Billboard located at 178 N.J.S.H. 35, Block 2301, Lots 3, 4, 5 & 6 on the Tax Map of the Borough of Eatontown (the "Property"), pursuant to Ordinance 02-2026 amending §89-51 "Billboards" of the Borough Code. The Property is situated in the B-5 Business Zone per the Code of the Borough of Eatontown. Multi-Message Billboards are permitted on this Property pursuant to §89-51.B. All Special Development Regulations pursuant to §89-51.C of the Code of the Borough of Eatontown have been satisfied, and no variances are being requested. Notwithstanding, the Applicant will request any and all variances, waivers, exceptions, interpretations and/or incidental relief from the requirements of the Code of the Borough of Eatontown that may be required by the Board or its professionals during the review of the application. Copies of the application and all supporting materials are on file with the Planning Board and may be inspected in the office of the Eatontown Borough Planning Board Secretary located at 47 Broad Street, Eatontown, New Jersey 07724 and are available for inspection on Monday through Friday, between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. The Applicant requests, to the extent required by the Board, that any and all existing variances/waivers/nonconformities be confirmed and continued.
