Public Notice Osage Nation is processing a new application for a proposed 199 ft. AGL (1017 ft. AMSL) lattice communications tower located at 36°27'48.66"N, 96°23'50.05"W. The physical location of the proposed structure is NW of the intersection of 5400 and Industrial Ave, Hominy, OK 74035 (Osage County). The structure will not be marked/lit. Interested persons may review the application by going to www.fcc.gov/asr/applications and entering the Form 854 File Number listed below. Comments are sought regarding any environmental concerns about this project, particularly any specific reasons that the tower may have a significant environmental effect pursuant to 47 CFR Section 1.1307. Interested persons may file a Request for Environmental Review with the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) within 30 days of the date on which this notice is published.
