Public Notice Core5 Industrial Partners (747 Buttermilk Pike, Suite 100, Crescent Springs, KY 41017) is submitting a Notice of Intent to the Indiana Department of Environmental Management of our intent to comply with the requirements of Construction Stormwater General Permit to discharge stormwater from construction activities associated with C5 I-65 Park South Logistics Center and Whiteland - Building 2 project, located in Johnson County, Indiana. More specifically, the project is located along CR 400 N (Paul Hand Blvd), between Graham Rd and CR 350 E (N. Hurricane Rd) in Whiteland, Indiana, part of the SE and part of the NE Quarter of Section 22, Township 13 N, Range 4 E. Canary Ditch will receive run-off from the project site.
