Public Notice Case No. 2026-0261 NOTICE OF HEARING ON APPLICATION NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Port Chester, NY will hold a public hearing on the below application on the 21st day of May, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. at Rye Town Court, 350 N. Main Street, Port Chester, New York 10573. The Zoning Board of Appeals will hear the application of Spanish United Pentecostal Church. 35 Traverse Avenue Port Chester, NY 10573 Requesting a variance for 19 parking spaces pursuant to § 345.806 of the Village of Port Chester Character-Based Code. The variance is related to the application in connection with the premises at 35 Traverse Avenue (Section 142.39, Block 1, Lot(s): 38) in the Village of Port Chester and classified in the Village's CD-5 Zoning District. The Applicant is requesting variance relief from New York State Village Law § 7-712-b(4)(b) and Village of Port Chester Code § 345.405.A-6. All interested parties may appear at the public hearing and may submit any comments on the variance application during the public hearing or in writing prior to the public hearing.
