Notice is hereby given that the City of Easley Board of Zoning Appeals will meet on Tuesday, June 16, 2026, at 5:30 p.m. at Easley City Hall, 205 North 1st Street, Easley, SC 29640, to hear the following cases:
VAR-26-01 – Variance Request for a reduction of the required 30-foot side setback (corner lot) in the R-10 Zoning District to approximately 15–17 feet to allow expansion of the primary structure. The property is located at 301 Oakfield Avenue.
VAR-26-04 – A Special Exception Application request for the uses of Restaurant (Full Service, Pick-Up) and Bar or Nightclub within the Neighborhood Commercial (NC) Zoning District. The property is located at 109 Brushy Creek Road (TMS# 5029-18-40-9337).
