Public Notice Envoy Companies (8890 E 116th Street, Suite 250, Fishers, IN 46038) is submitting a Notice of Intent to the Indiana Department of Environmental Management of our intent to comply with the requirements of Construction Stormwater General Permit to discharge stormwater from construction activities associated with the Hamilton County Judicial Center Building Expansion project, located in Hendricks County, Indiana. More specifically located at the northeast corner of Conner Street (SR32/SR38) and 8th Street in Noblesville, Hamilton County, and being part of the SE Quarter of Section 36, Township 19N, Range 4E. The receiving water of this project is the White River.
