TAKE NOTICE that James Donnelly has applied to the Planning Board of the Borough of Haddon Heights for approval of an Amended Use Variance and Minor Site Plan of the Borough of Haddon Heights, and any other waivers the Board or its professionals deem necessary upon review of the application to convert previously approved three residential apartments to two residential apartments with parking at the premises located on Block 45 Lot 28, at 905 Station Ave.
A hearing on said application will be held by the Planning Board on June 18, 2026, 7pm, at the Haddon Heights Community Center located at 321 Seventh Avenue, Haddon Heights, 08035, at which time any interested person may be heard concerning said application, or you may appear either in person to present comments or objections concerning the application. All documents relating to this application may be observed by the public and are on file at the Haddon Heights Borough Hall located at 625 Station Avenue, Haddon Heights, NJ 08035 from Monday-Friday between 8:30am and 4:30pm.
