Public Notice The University of Central Oklahoma (UCO) intends to construct a 195-foot tall overall height monopole communications facility at the NE corner of E. Thatcher Street and N. Chowning Drive on the UCO Campus in Edmond, Oklahoma (SW/SW/NE Section 25 T14N R3W; 35°39'37.893" N 97°28'07.457" W). UCO is publishing this notice and inviting public comment in accordance with Federal Communications Commission regulations (47 CFR § 1.1307) for Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act (NHPA) and for the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA).
