Public Notice
A public hearing on Application No.475-SP will be held by the Monroe Township Zoning Board of Adjustment on Monday, July 13, 2026 at 6:30 p.m., in the Courtroom on the First Floor in the Monroe Township Municipal Building, located at 125 Virginia Avenue, Williamstown, New Jersey 08094.
The purpose of this public hearing is to approve and amend the existing Major Site Plan to inclue the removal of four (4) display sheds, provide for on site parking spaces - four (4) regular (9' x 18') and 1 ADA (8' x 18') plus additional parking off site; and any other variances/waivers/site plan changes that may be required for the Board to approve this application.
The property for which this approval is being sought is located at Marsha Avenue near Black Horse Pike and is designated Lot 6 of Block 1703 on the Tax Map of the Township of Monroe.
All maps and documents pertaining to this application (Application No. 475-SP) are on file in the office of the Monroe Township Zoning Board of Adjustment and may be reviewed during regular business hours at the Municipal Building.
