PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Zoning Board Regular Meeting for the Township of Piscataway will only be available remotely as a Zoom Meeting and will not be in person; please see below:
Date: July 9, 2026 Time: 7:00 PM Eastern Time (US and Canada)
Dream Homes LLC has requested the granting of a variance application to allow for a single-family home to be built in Zone R-7.5 where the existing lot does not meet the zone's minimum area requirements.
Applicants will appear before the Zoning Board of Adjustment to seek relief from the Piscataway Township Zoning Code: 21, 50; for Minimum Lot Area, where required is 7,500 Square feet, and proposed is 7,499 Square Feet.
For the property located at 9 Woodrow Avenue, Piscataway, NJ 08854, listed as Block 1502, Lot 29 on Tax Map Number 15.
The applicant will also request all other variances/relief/waivers that the Zoning Board may deem necessary as per said application.
