Application is being made by: AmeriRex Industries Corp, 39 Everett Drive, Princeton Junction, NJ 08550. Property located at: 421 Hurfville Crosskeys Rd., Sewell NJ 08080. Identified as Block 81 Lot 4.02. Application is being made for the purpose of the following relief AmeriTex Industries is seeking limited variance relief pursuant to Ordinance 0019-2025, which amended Chapter 47 of the Township Code to restrict the placement of donation bins to nonprofit entities and nonprofit commercial premises. As a for-profit operator, AmeriTex requests approval to continue its longstanding, pre-existing use of clothing donation bins at the subject property, which have been maintained for over twenty (20) years without adverse impact. The application does not propose any changes to the premises, site layout, or use, and the bins will remain in their current locations without interfering with parking, circulation, or traffic visibility.
