Public Notice Notice of Rights of Way Application Town of Natick MA In accordance with 333 CMR 11.07, a Rights of Way application by method of low volume liquid is scheduled for the following Rights of Way. Cochituate Rail Trail, Common St, East Central St, Eliot St, Main St, Mill St, North Ave, North Main St, Oak St, Park St, Pleasant St, Speen St, South Ave, South Main St, Union St, Washington St, West Central St. The approximate dates of this application are July 15, 2026 through September 30, 2026. Potential pesticides used include those on the Sensitive Areas Materials List, Round Up Pro, Razor, Razor Pro, Rodeo, Garlon 4 and Garlon 4 Ultra. The purpose of the application is to prevent or reduce defects that endanger, obstruct, hinder or incommode travelers within the Rights of Way.
