Public Notice BEFORE THE STATE OIL AND GAS BOARD OF MISSISSIPPI RE:PETITION OF PISTOL RIDGE PARTNERS L.L.C.CONCERNING THE SANDY HOOK GAS UNIT13-8 NO. 1 WELLWEST SANDY HOOK FIELDMARION COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI. DOCKET NO: 252-2026-D PUBLIC NOTICE TAKE NOTICE THAT Pistol Ridge Partners L.L.C. has filed a Petition with Mississippi State Oil and Gas Board under the above docket requesting a permit to vent gas as an exception to CA53-1-3 (I) (ix) and for other relief as set forth in the Petition for the Sandy Hook Gas Unit 13-8 No. 1 Well, API No. 23-096-20419 located and being situated 2230 feet from the North line and 580 fee from the east line of section 13-Township 1 North, Range 18 West, Marion County, Mississippi. The Petition in this matter is on file and of record in the office of the Mississippi State Oil and Gas Board and may there be examined. The Petition will be heard by said Board at 9:00 o'clock A.M. on the 19th day of August 2026 at 500 Graymont Avenue, Suite E. Jackson, Mississippi 39202, at which time and place you may appear and contest said matter. If you intend to contest the Docket or request a continuance you must notify the Board and the Petitioner's representative of your intention in writing not later than 5:00 p.m. Tuesday the 11th day of August 2026, which is seven (7) days prior to the date stated above for the hearing. Failure to so notify the Board and the Petitioner's representative shall be a waiver of your right to contest or request a continuance. You are advised that the Board may adopt an order concerning the Petition, which may differ from the relief requested by Petitioner and the Board will enter such order or orders in its judgment may be appropriate and in accordance with the evidence presented.
