Public Notice NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Articles of Incorporation have been filed with the Department of State of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, at Harrisburg, PA, for the purpose of obtaining a charter of a nonprofit corporation organized under the Nonprofit Corporation Law of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. The Articles of Incorporation have been filed on February 16, 2026. The name of the corporation is Blackfoot Pocono Gun Club Inc. The purpose for which it was organized are: The mission of the Blackfoot Pocono Gun Club (BPGC) is to empower and educate Pocono families on firearm safety and responsible ownership. As the first Black-led gun club in the region, we are committed to providing accessible training and promoting a culture of safety to foster an informed, self-reliant community around firearms; grounded in strengthening our ability to defend ourselves when required.
