Public Notice Atlas Tower 1, LLC (Atlas) proposes to construct a 125' monopole tower (129' overall) at 1700 Block North Colson Drive in Muncie, Delaware County, Indiana (Job #65098). In accordance with the National Historic Preservation Act of 1966 and the 2005 Nationwide Programmatic Agreement, Atlas is hereby notifying the public of the proposed undertaking and soliciting comments on Historic Properties which may be affected by the proposed undertaking. If you would like to provide specific information regarding potential effects that the proposed undertaking might have to properties that are listed on or eligible for listing in the National Register of Historic Places and located within ½ mile of the site, please submit the comments (with Job #65098) to: Ramaker, Contractor for Atlas, 1955 Atwood Avenue, Suite 202, Madison, WI 53704 or via e-mail to history@ramaker.com within 30 days of this notice.
