Public Notice: Timber Logs for Sale

Public Notice: Timber Logs for Sale Interested buyers are hereby notified that timber logs are now available for sale by the Coshocton County Regional Airport Authority. Offers will be received at the office of the Airport Administrator, Richard Downing Airport, 24569 Airport Road, Coshocton, Ohio, 43812, until 9:00 a.m. prevailing time on January 15, 2026 and will be opened and read publicly at that time and place. The logs are freshly harvested and stockpiled at several locations on the property of Richard Downing Airport, 24569 Airport Road, Coshocton, Ohio 43812. Bidders will be required to purchase all of the available logs. The award will be made to the highest bidder. The successful bidder will be required to remove all of the stockpiled logs from airport property within thirty (30) days of the award. Payment shall be made in full prior to removing any of the timber from airport property. Payment shall be made in the form of a cashier's check made out to Coshocton County Regional Airport Authority. The successful bidder will be required to show proof of liability insurance ($1,000,000 each occurrence/$1,000,000 aggregate) and workers comp insurance prior to award. Bidders shall satisfy themselves as to the type, quality, size, quantity and location of the timber logs by visiting the site.
