Public Notice – Zoning Board of Adjustment Hearing PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that an application has been made by STEVE MALEK, as Applicant and Owner, for variance from the requirements of the Zoning Ordinance of the Borough of Ringwood to install a sign on the second story of a building on premises known as Block 800, Lot 1, 55 Skyline Drive, Ringwood, New Jersey. The variance requested is for a relief from the sign ordinance. The applicant also requests any other variances or waivers the Board deems necessary. A public hearing has been scheduled for Monday, November 17, 2025 at 7:30 P.M. at the Ringwood Borough Hall, 60 Margaret King Avenue, Ringwood, New Jersey. When the case is called, you may appear, either in person, or by agent or attorney and present any objections which you may have to the granting of the application.
