Public Notice by the Louisville/Jefferson County Metro Government
of Intent to Place an Environmental Covenant
on Real Estate located within Jefferson County
Pursuant to KRS 224.80-110, the Louisville/Jefferson County Metro Government, which is the owner of the former Rhodia, Inc. facility located on the real property known as 1495 S. 11th Street in Louisville, Kentucky, as described in Deed Book 12903, Pages 75-83, and Deed Book 13230, Pages 231-237, both in the Jefferson County Clerk's office, provides notice that it intends to place an environmental covenant on a portion of the above described property, which is currently the subject of an environmental covenant which can be found at Deed Book 8956, Page 885 (the "Covenant"), also in office aforesaid. The Covenant is being amended as it relates to a portion of the above-described property pursuant to the process outlined in KRS 224.80-190(6).
