Public Notice for BFU 5-7 #1 well BEFORE THE STATE OIL AND GAS BOARD OF MISSISSIPPI RE: APPLICATION OF DENBURY ONSHORE, LLC FOR ADMINISTRATIVE AUTHORITY TO CONVERT THE BFU 5-7 #1 TO BE UTILIZED AS AN APPROVED CLASS II ENHANCED OIL RECOVERY SALTWATER INJECTION WELL IN THE BROOKHAVEN FIELD, LINCOLN COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI PUBLIC NOTICE TO: ALL OWNERS AND PERSONS INTERESTED IN THE BROOKHAVEN FIELD, LINCOLN COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI Take notice that Denbury Onshore, LLC (the 'Applicant') has filed an application with the Mississippi State Oil and Gas Board requesting authority to convert the BFU 5-7 #1 well in the Brookhaven Field, Lincoln County, Mississippi, (the 'Well'), as an approved Class II enhanced oil recovery saltwater injection well. The proposed location is 1975' FNL & 1800' FEL of Section 5, Township 7 North, Range 7 East, Lincoln County, Mississippi. Applicant requests authority to convert said well as an approved Class II enhanced oil recovery injection well through an injection interval of 10205 feet to 10424 feet below the surface but, in any case, to include the entire Lower Tuscaloosa as set out in the Unit Order. If necessary, the Applicant will place a liner inside the casing string to protect or provide mechanical integrity. The Applicant may also deepen the well, as necessary, to place the liner in the wellbore. The well will be utilized for pressure maintenance and tertiary recovery operations on the Field Unit, a compulsory fieldwide unit in the Brookhaven Field. Applicant's administrative permit application in this matter is on file in the offices of the Mississippi State Oil and Gas Board located at 500 Greymont Avenue, Suite E, Jackson, Mississippi, where it is available for public inspection during usual business hours. Any interested persons wishing to submit written comments to the Mississippi State Oil and Gas Board regarding this administrative permit application must do so within twenty (20) days following the publication of this public notice.
