Public Notice for Land Use Assumptions NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BY THE PINAL COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS AT 9:30 A.M. ON THE 5TH DAY OF AUGUST 2026, AT THE PINAL COUNTY ADMINISTRATIVE COMPLEX, IN THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS HEARING ROOM, 135 N. PINAL STREET, FLORENCE, ARIZONA, PURSUANT TO A.R.S. §11-1102, PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE PINAL COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS WILL HOLD A PUBLIC HEARING TO DISCUSS AND REVIEW THE LAND USE ASSUMPTIONS AND INFRASTRUCTURE IMPROVEMENT PLAN (IIP) ASSOCIATED WITH THE DEVELOPMENT FEES CHARGED BY THE COUNTY FOR THE UNINCORPORATED AREAS OF PINAL COUNTY, ARIZONA. Public Hearing and discussion/approval/disapproval of Resolution No. 080526-DS-IIP, a Resolution relating to land use assumptions and infrastructure improvement plan (IIP) associated with development fees. A separate public hearing on potential changes to the development fees will be considered after the Board of Supervisors has approved or disapproved the land use assumptions and IIP. ALL PERSONS INTERESTED IN THIS MATTER MAY APPEAR AND SPEAK AT THE PUBLIC HEARING ON THE DATE, TIME, AND PLACE DESIGNATED ABOVE.
