Public Notice for New Construction in Seabeck Sparrow Construction Northwest, LLC, Rocky Bellomy, 1472 SW WILDWOOD RD PORT ORCHARD, WA 98367, is seeking coverage under the Washington State Department of Ecology's Construction Stormwater NPDES and State Waste Discharge General Permit. The proposed project, Zintel Residence, is located at 12681 NW Dosewallips Way in Seabeck in Kitsap County. This project involves acres of soil disturbance for Residential, construction activities.
