Public Notice for Ordinance No. 1853-2026 Board of Revision for the Downtown Central Special Improvement District of Columbus, Inc. and Downtown East Special Improvement District of Columbus, Inc. Authorization
The following Ordinance was adopted by the Columbus City Council on Monday, June 22, 2026, relating to the Board of Revision Downtown Central Special Improvement District of Columbus, Inc. and Downtown East Special Improvement District of Columbus, Inc. authorization. Property owners who wish to dispute the calculation of their proposed assessment may file their dispute with the Columbus City Clerk's Office. After filing the dispute, property owners will be required to attend an in-person Board of Revision meeting on Thursday, August 13, 2026, at 2 PM. The meeting will be held at 111 North Front Street, Room 205, Columbus, Ohio 43215.
Notice of this Ordinance and more detailed instructions have been sent via certified mail to property owners within the boundaries of one of the three SIDs seeking reauthorization.
