Please take notice that the undersigned has applied to the Township of Hazlet Land Use Board for relief described below in connection with the property located at 6 Wyoming Drive Hazlet, NJ. Shown on the Tax Map as Block 107 Lot 2.
For the Installation of a 13 X 30 foot in ground pool.
The applicant requests that the Hazlet Twp Land Use Board approve a variance from Section 403.030 of the Hazlet Twp Developmental Review Ordinace to permit the said construction

Maximum Lot Coverage Permitted 40% (3280sf) Proposed 50% (4100 sf) Variance 10% (820 sf)
Minimum Setback 10 feet Proposed 7 feet Variance 3 feet.
Copies of the applications, plans and other supporting documents are on file in the Office of the Hazlet Township Land Use Board at 1766 Union Avenue Hazlet, NJ and are available for inspection Monday to Friday from 8:15am to 4:00pm
Please take further notice that this matter has been placed on the agenda for the meeting of the Hazlet Township Land Use Board to be held on April 16, 2026 at 7:00pm in the meeting room of the Township Municipal Building 1766 Union Avenue Hazlet, NJ at which time you may appear in person or be represented by an Attorney and present any comment or objections you may have to the relief sought
