Public Notice of Bid Barton Malow invites all subcontractors to submit qualifications to bid on the following Project (Early Works Package): Daytona State College – Daytona Beach Airframe and Powerplant Mechanics Building. Location: 1664 Bellevue Avenue, Daytona Beach, Florida 32114 Bid Date: 12 pm on July 30, 2026 This early works package includes sitework, underground utilities, and site fencing. All subcontractors shall be properly licensed and insured, and we encourage interest from MBE/WBE subcontractors and small businesses.
