(11700 Exit 5 Parkway, Fishers, IN 46037) is submitting a Notice of Intent to the Indiana Department of Environmental Management of our intent to comply with the requirements of the Construction Stormwater General Permit to discharge storm water from construction activities associated with the Crew Carwash Brownsburg project located at 9142 E. 56th St., Brownsburg, IN 46112. Runoff from the project site will discharge to School Branch Stream.
