Public Notice of Construction Activity

Public Notice of Construction Activity Lennar Homes of Indiana, LLC (11555 N. Meridian Street, Suite 400, Carmel, IN 46032) is submitting a Notice of Intent to the Indiana Department of Environmental Management of our intent to comply with the requirements of the Construction General Stormwater Permit to discharge stormwater from construction activities associated with the Autumn Estates, Section 2 project located northeast of the intersection of Cyntheanne Road and Southeastern Parkway in Fishers, IN and is scheduled to commence construction in December 2025. Runoff from the project site will discharge to east, ultimately to Fall Creek.
