Public Notice of Construction Activity

Public Notice of Construction Activity Old Town Companies, LLC (525 North End Drive, Suite 100, Carmel, IN 46032) is submitting a Notice of Intent to the Indiana Department of Environmental Management of our intent to comply with the requirement of the Construction General Stormwater Permit to discharge stormwater from construction activities associated with Provenance Phase 1 & 2 located at the corner of Provenance Boulevard and District Boulevard in West Lafayette, IN 47906. Runoff from the project site will discharge into the two main detention areas (North & South ponds). Stormwater will eventually discharge into Todd's Creek and ultimately into the Wabash River.
