Public Notice of Construction Activity Old Town Land Development, LLC (525 North End Drive, Carmel, IN 46032) is submitting a Notice of Intent to the Indiana Department of Environmental Management of our intent to comply with the requirements of the Construction General Stormwater Permit to perform construction activities associated with the Wild Air Section 2A + tree clearing project located on the west side of Marysville Road and tree clearing on the east side between E 550 S and W Oak Street in Zionsville, IN and is scheduled to commence March 2026. Runoff from the project site will discharge to Irishman's Run.
