Public Notice of Construction Activity

Public Notice of Construction Activity Kerkhoff Brothers Partnership (7725 W 900 N, West Lafayette, IN 47906) is submitting a Notice of Intent to the Indiana Department of Environmental Management of our intent to comply with the requirements of the Construction Stormwater General Permit to discharge stormwater from construction activities associated with the Hillbreak Rural Estate project located south of the intersection of CR 750 N and CR 300 W in the Wabash Township. Runoff from the project site will discharge to a wet pond and dry pond and outlet to an unnamed tributary of the Indian Creek.
