Public Notice of Construction Activity

Public Notice of Construction Activity Drees Premier Homes, Inc. (900 East 96th Street, Suite 100, Indianapolis, IN 46240) is submitting a Notice of Intent to the Indiana Department of Environmental Management of our intent to comply with the requirements of the Construction General Stormwater Permit to discharge stormwater from construction activities associated with the Kenwood project located southeast of the intersection of 136th Street and Promise Road in Fishers, IN, and is scheduled to commence construction in April 2026.
