Public Notice of Construction Activity The City of Fishers is submitting a Notice of Intent to the Indiana Department of Environmental Management of our intent to comply with the requirements of Construction Stormwater General Permit to discharge stormwater from construction activities associated with the 131st Street and Brooks School Road Roundabout Construction Project. This project involves the construction of a multi-lane roundabout at the existing intersection of 131st Street and Brooks School Road in Fishers, IN. The receiving water for the stormwater runoff will be Sand Creek.
