Public Notice of Construction Activity

Public Notice of Construction Activity Pleasant Creek Development, LLC (6330 East 75th Street, Suite 156, Indianapolis, IN 46250) is submitting a Notice of Intent to the Indiana Department of Environmental Management of our intent to comply with the requirements of the Construction General Stormwater Permit to discharge stormwater from construction activities associated with the Pleasant Creek, Section 2, project located northwest of the intersection of Whiteland Road and Sawmill Road in New Whiteland, IN and is scheduled to commence construction in May 2026. Runoff from the project site will discharge to the south, ultimately to Sugar Creek.
