M/I Homes of Indiana, LP (8425 Woodfield Crossing Blvd., Suite 100 W Indianapolis, IN 46240) is submitting a Notice of Intent to the Indiana Department of Environmental Management of our intent to comply with the requirements of the Construction General Stormwater Permit to discharge stormwater from construction activities associated with the Rockport Section 3 project located on CR900N, west of the intersection of CR900N and CR600W in McCordsville, IN and is scheduled to commence May of 2026. Runoff from the project site will discharge southwest, ultimately to Schultz & Schultz Regulated Drain.
