Friendly Market (181 Sagamore Parkway South, Lafayette, IN 47905) is submitting a Notice of Intent to the Indiana Department of Environmental Management of our intent to comply with the requirements of the Construction Stormwater General Permit to discharge stormwater from construction activities associated with the Friendly Market – Haggerty Ln project located northeast of the intersection of Veterans Memorial Pkwy E and Haggerty Ln in Lafayette, IN. Runoff from the project site will discharge to a wet pond and outlet to an existing ditch along the east side of Veterans Memorial Pkwy.
