Public Notice of Dissolution Positive Choices Counseling Services, Incorporated N/A After 9 years of dedicated service to the underserved communities of Lafayette and the surrounding parishes, Positive Choices Counseling Services announces the formal dissolution and closure of business operations effective June 6, 2026. Positive Choices Counseling Services, Incorporated has been honored to provide behavioral health and counseling services to our clients, community partners, staff, and supporters for the trust and support shown over the years. All client records will continue to be maintained, stored, and protected in accordance with all applicable federal and state confidentiality and record retention laws.
