Public Notice of Invitation To Bid
The Children's Hunger Alliance is accepting bids to provide shelf stable meals for children through the Summer Food Service Program (SFSP). Children's Hunger Alliance sponsors approximately 226 summer programs which serve approximately 7,800 shelf stable meals daily to children Monday through Friday in all regions of Ohio - Northeast, Southeast, Southwest, Northwest, and Central. The meal service contract will run from June 1, 2026, through August 31, 2026. All meals must meet USDA SFSP meal pattern requirements.
Interested vendors should contact Michele Marra at 614-655-3607 for a copy of the Invitation to Bid and specifications. Sealed bids must be submitted by 1:00 p.m. on May 1, 2026, to Children's Hunger Alliance, 1105 Schrock Rd., Suite 505, Columbus, OH 43229. A public bid opening will be held at 1:30 p.m. on the same day at the same location.
