Public Notice of Invitation to Bid: New American Resource Center (NARC) is accepting bids to provide meals (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner and Snack for children through the Child and Adult Care Food Program. Currently NARC serves approximately 1000+ meals daily (Sunday through Saturday – 7 days per week) in greater Columbus, Ohio. The number of meals and sites may increase based on organization expansion subject to the ODE approvals after the contract starts. The meal service contract will run from November 1, 2025, through September 30, 2026. For all menu items that have CN Label in parentheses below them vendors must attach a manufacturers CN label, a signed manufacturers product formulation statement and/or recipe that meets the Child and Adult Care Food Program specifications with the sealed bid submittal.
