Public Notice of Resolution NOTICE OF ACTIONS TAKEN BY BOARD TOWNSHIP OF WASHINGTON ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT TAKE NOTICE that on the 8th day of June, 2026 the Zoning Board of Adjustment of the Township of Washington in the County of Gloucester took the following actions: 1. Granted a Minor Subdivision to subdivide Block 82.83, Lot 8.01 and combine and add a portion of the newly subdivided Lot 8.01 with Block 82.83, Lot 7.02. 2. Granted a D(1) Use Variance to expand onto the portion of Lot 7.02 being combined with Lot 8.01 to allow the existing residential use on Lot 7.02 (R) Rural Residential Zone to be expanded on to the newly added portion of Lot 8.01 which is in a (P1) Zone and a D(2) Variance expanding Lot 8.01. 3. Granted a D(2) Variance to allow the remainder of Lot 8.01 to be reduced in area which will result in an expansion of the resulting non-conforming residential use on Lot 8.01. 4. Conditions of approval were included in the adoption Resolution. 5. A Resolution (R 35-2026) memorializing the June 8, 2026 decisions of the Washington Township Zoning Board of Adjustment was adopted at the meeting of July 13, 2026 and said Resolution has been filed and is available for public inspection in the office of the Washington Township Zoning Board of Adjustment.
