Public Notice of Storm Water Discharge

Public Notice of Storm Water Discharge Foth Infrastructure and Environment, LLC designated by the Polk County Conservation Board plans to submit a Notice of Intent to the Iowa Department of Natural Resources to be covered under NPDES General Permit No. 2 - "Storm Water Discharge Associated with Industrial Activity for Construction Activities". The storm water discharge will be from the Trails End Mitigation Bank – Phase 2 project for activities located in Section 8 T-79N R-23W and the Northwest ¼ of Section 9 T-79N, R-23W in Polk County. Storm water will be discharged from non-point source(s). All activities are ultimately discharging into Four Mile Creek. Comments may be submitted to the Storm Water Discharge Coordinator, Iowa Department of Natural Resources, Environmental Protection Division, 502 E. 9th Street, Des Moines, IA 50319-0034.
