Public Notice of Stormwater Discharge The City of Boone plans to submit a Notice of Intent (NOI) to the Iowa Department of Natural Resources to be covered under National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System Stormwater General Permit No. 2 – Storm Water Discharge Associated with Industrial Activities for Construction Activities. The storm water discharge will be from roadway construction extending Hancock Drive east of Snedden approximately 1800 linear feet. The storm water will be located in the NE and SE ¼ , Section 35, Township 84N, Range 26W, of Boone County.
