The Saw Creek Estates Community Association (SCECA) is soliciting sealed bids for the Falls Bridge Guiderail Project. The project briefly described as: Provide new guiderail at Falls Bridge.
A complete electronic set of the Bid package including the scope of services, and bid documents, may be obtained from: Kiley Associates, LLC, 240 Main Street - Lower Level, Hawley, PA 18428; 570-226-5810, during office hours, Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM.
Sealed bids should be marked: "Falls Bridge Guiderail Project – Attention: Board of Directors Secretary" and delivered to the SCECA, Member Services Office, 5728 Decker Road, Bushkill, PA 18324. Bids must be received by the deadline specified in the official bid documents. Bids submitted by email or fax will not be accepted.
Bids will be privately opened following the bid submission deadline. SCECA reserves the right to hold bids for up to thirty (30) days after the bid opening date for review of bid documents and bidder qualifications. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder. SCECA reserves the right to waive informalities and to accept or reject any or all bids. No bid bond is required. Performance and Payment bonds are not required.
Any Requests for Information (RFIs) must identify the project by name and be submitted in writing to Joseph D. Hudak, P.E., Kiley Associates, LLC, 570-226-5810, jdhudak@kileyassoc.com. Email inquiries are acceptable. No inquiries will be accepted within one (1) week of the bid submission deadline.
