Public Notice to Transportation Operators The Arc Eastern Connecticut is applying for a capital grant under Section 5310 Enhanced Mobility of Seniors and Individuals with Disabilities of the Federal Transit Act, as amended by the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law legislation, to (replace/acquire) vehicles to be used in meeting the special transportation needs of seniors and/or individuals with disabilities in northeastern Connecticut. A public hearing will be held if requested by interested parties. Any comments should then be sent to The Arc Eastern Connecticut, 125 Sachem Street, Norwich, CT 06360 with a copy to the Southeastern CT Council of Governments, 5 Connecticut Ave, Norwich, CT 06360.
