Public Notification Notice is hereby given that Giles and Ransome, Inc., has submitted a Final Report for Soil to the Department of Environmental Protection, Southeast Regional Office, to demonstrate attainment of the statewide health and site-specific standards for a site located at 2975 Galloway Road, Bensalem, Bucks County. Giles and Ransome, Inc., has indicated that the remediation measures taken have attained compliance with statewide health and site-specific cleanup standards established under the Land Recycling and Environmental Remediation Standards Act.
